Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order was received damaged or defective, please contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

How to Start a Return

  2. Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note: While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof. We offer a 6-month warranty that covers any defects in hardware or assembly. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or general wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or fraying over time.

To request a replacement, please contact us with your order number and a few clear photos of the product. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note we reserve the right to decide if products are eligible for a replacement.
