Care Instructions
- Simply wipe with a damp cloth for everyday dirt and dust.
- For tougher messes (like mud or sand), rinse with warm water and mild soap and/or a magic eraser, then wipe dry with a towel.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing pads, as these may cause wear to the coating.
We recommend cleaning as frequently as possible to ensure gear longevity and to prevent hardware from tarnishing!
Disclaimer + Warranty
While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof. We offer a 6-month warranty that covers any defects in hardware or assembly. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or general wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or fraying over time.
To request a replacement, please contact us with your order number and a few clear photos of the product. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note we reserve the right to decide if products are eligible for a replacement.
